Responsibilities: As a Security Officer Campus Patrol in Warren, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic, collaborative location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to all visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. * Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site expectations. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points, as working conditions may vary by site. * Monitor entry and exit activity, report suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized access attempts, and help to deter disruptions through visible presence and professional communication. * Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining post awareness, following assigned instructions, and communicating clearly with supervisors, clients, and/or local responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
