Responsibilities:
As a Security Officer Campus Patrol Driver in Warrensville Heights, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
* Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, assist with visitor directions, and support a professional environment within the healthcare location.
* Communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, requests for assistance, and changes in site conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
* Vaccination requirements apply for this hospital location.
* Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* CPR certification is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
