Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more . 

 As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting tenants and visitors, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. This role does not require driving or carrying a weapon.

Responsibilities:

* Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or security-related incidents.
* Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior within the property.
* Document and report any security-related incidents or concerns according to site protocols.
* Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

* California Security Professional Guard Card required.
* At least 1 year of security experience is required.
* A minimum of 6 months of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
* Applicants must be at least 21 years of age for this role.
* Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
