As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible, and help to deter security-related incidents while supporting staff, patients, and visitors with respectful customer service. You will communicate clearly, document observations, and respond to concerns with calm professionalism. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
* Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
* Monitor access points and controlled areas, assisting with visitor check-in direction, wayfinding, and/or enforcement of facility rules in a professional manner.
* Complete reports and required logs, communicate relevant observations to supervisors and/or client representatives, and assist with security-related checks of doors, gates, and/or equipment as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

* Possess an armed guard card and/or armed guard license.
* Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
