Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol in Neenah, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the premises of a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. This position requires both an armed and driving qualification. You will interact with employees and visitors, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to an environment built on teamwork, reliability, and integrity. 

Position Type: Full Time

 Pay Rate: $22.25 / Hour

Must be 21+ years of age and must have a valid driver's license

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and experience to address issues as they arise.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
* Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying credentials and maintaining awareness of all persons on the property.
* Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences, in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
* Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned area to help to deter potential security-related threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
* Handle and carry assigned firearms in accordance with company policy and legal regulations, maintaining professionalism and readiness at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
* Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
