This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.23 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed04:00 PM - 12:00 AMThur04:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. * Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the property, dock areas, and restricted spaces. * Respond to incidents, delivery disputes, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting security-related concerns according to site procedures. * Screen employees, visitors, and drivers entering the location, assist with sign-in processes, and communicate access requirements and/or post instructions clearly and professionally. * Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including shipping, receiving, trailer, and parking areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements: * A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
