Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer - Access Control Driver in Buckeye, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location, where you will manage access control and badge activity, monitor entry points, and complete routine patrols to help identify and report security-related concerns. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, supporting mobile presence across the site. Bring strong customer service and clear communication while working as part of an agile, reliable, and integrity-driven team.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
* Staff access control points by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors through check-in and check-out processes, issuing temporary badges when authorized, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs.
* Monitor and/or control entry for employees, vendors, and deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting orderly traffic flow at gates, lobbies, and receiving areas.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting events, and assisting with scene control as directed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter, noting and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
* CPR certification is preferred.
* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
