Responsibilities:

 As a Security Guard - Lobby Welcome Desk in Fort Lee, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a residential location, you will welcome residents and guests, support access control and badging, monitor cameras and entry points, and document security-related activity with clear communication. You will be a visible, customer-focused presence who helps maintain a professional atmosphere while responding to questions and concerns. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Staff the front desk to help manage access control by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing visitors according to property procedures.
* Monitor alarms, intercoms, and camera systems as assigned, documenting unusual activity and communicating concerns to property management and/or responding personnel.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear information to residents and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
* Complete required reports and logs, including incident reports, access logs, and package and key control documentation, while maintaining a professional and courteous presence at the desk.

Minimum Requirements:

* Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
* Customer Service Experience - preferred.
* Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
* Lift Up to 20 lbs - preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
