Responsibilities: As a Security Guard - Full Time - Overnights in Rochelle, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a team that puts people first and values innovative service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. * Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns. * Monitor entry points, restricted areas, and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, verifying access permissions and reporting discrepancies. * Support day-to-day operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of site conditions, and assisting with security-related requests from authorized personnel. Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
