Job Title: Security Professional - Full Time Job Location: London, ON Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour Shifts : Monday to Friday - 0000 to 0800 (Overnight) Overview: Allied Universal is currently hiring Security Professionals in Windsor, ON to provide professional, front-line security services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, able to work night shifts, a professional demeanor, and willing to work with a dynamic team. ** The guards need to wear Safety Shoes all the time, they need to patrol the warehouse ** Requirement: * Familiarity with access control systems and alarm . * Experience with report writing and note-taking. * Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems. * Valid Ontario security guard license * Must be eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week. * Valid First Aid and CPR certificate. * Must be at least 18 years old. * High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions : * Monitor and control access to the facility/store area. * Maintain a polished, professional, and customer-friendly presence at all times. * Handle conflicts, incidents, and difficult situations using effective de-escalation skills. * Conduct indoor and outdoor patrols while following site protocols and post orders, including monitoring customer and guest movement throughout the property. * Ensure all safety and emergency procedures are followed during fire alarms and other site emergencies. * Complete all site-specific training and follow guidance provided by the Site Supervisor or Manager. * Demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and decision-making skills during emergencies and incidents. * Maintain accurate records, complete incident reports, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. * Operate and monitor security systems, CCTV equipment, and complete all required training programs.
