Responsibilities: * Title: Security Guard - Floater (Winnipeg) * Schedules: Various - Open availabilty is preferred * Pay rate: $16.30 per hour. Overview: Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard in (Winnipeg). The ideal candidate has excellent communication, customer service and computer skills. If you have experience as a security guard and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities: * CCTV and Live monitoring expereince preferred * Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner. * Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently. * Coordinating with other team leads to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage. * Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards. Requirement: * Must be at least 18 years old. * Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week. * First Aid and CPR. * High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience. * Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites. * Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
