Responsibilities: Job Summary We are seeking a First Impression Officer to work in a professional downtown building. This full-time position requires someone with strong customer service skills, a polished presence, and at least 2 years of security experience. You'll serve as the first point of contact, ensuring safety while creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Hourly Rate: $20.50 / HREmployment Type: Full TimeSchedule Details:Shifts Available: Morning, AfternoonWork Location: Downtown professional buildingRequirements * Must be 21 years of age or older * 2+ years of security experience required * Excellent customer service and communication skills * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be able to stand/walk for long periods * Must pass a background check and drug screen Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service by implementing safety/security procedures and site-specific policies * Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and emergencies * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building and surrounding perimeter * Operate Access Control systems, verify guest credentials, and log visitor details * Greet and assist all employees, tenants, and guests entering the building * Represent the client and AUS in a professional and welcoming manner Qualifications: Allied Universal(r) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
