What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare location.
* Monitor access points and verify identification of individuals entering and exiting the facility to help to deter unauthorized entry.
* Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
* Maintain accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by the site.
* Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as needed to address concerns or relay important information.
* Support Allied Universal and client staff in emergency response activities when appropriate, following site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

* At least one year of security-related experience is required.
* Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
* Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
