Responsibilities: Title: Casual Security Guard Location: Belle Plaine, SK Payrate: $25.50 Schedule: Casual/ On call Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security guards to oversee security operations in Belle Plaine, SK. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring a safe environment. Responsibilities: * Conduct a visitor orientation, ensuring that have completed all required clearances, before entering the site. * Must be able to clearly and concisely, make internal announcements, using the PA system. * Provide detailed reports, while using a computer, of daily activities, observations, and any security incidents. * Must be vigilant in monitoring CCTV cameras, for the location. * Monitor and patrol the mining site to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety protocols are followed. * Check vehicles and personnel entering or leaving the site, verifying credentials, and logging activity. * Conduct routine inspections of the perimeter, fences, gates, and access points to ensure they are secure. * Respond quickly to alarms, security breaches, or emergencies, and follow established protocols to manage incidents. * Communicate regularly with supervisors and other security personnel via radio or other communication devices. * Assist in enforcing company policies, site-specific rules, and safety procedures. * Support on-site staff with security concerns and conflict resolution. Requirements: * Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. * Possession of valid SK Security Guard License/ Training certification. * Must be eligible to work in Canada valid work visa, permanent residence or citizen. * Possession of first AID and CPR are considered an asset. * Must be at least 18 years old. * Must have Driver's license and clean driver's abstract. * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
