Responsibilities: Job Title: Security Branch Manager Location: Montreal, QC Salary: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 / annually Position: Full Time - Salaried Allied Universal is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Branch Manager to oversee our operations in the Quebec region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring top-quality security services, maintaining client relationships, and driving the overall success of the branch. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent leadership, operational expertise, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Branch Leadership and Management: * Lead day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regional regulations. * Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of security professionals, including management team and administrative support professionals. * Manage branch budgets, resources, and performance metrics. * Client Relations: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with services provided. * Address client concerns promptly and propose solutions to meet their needs. * Identify opportunities for expanding services within the region. * Operational Oversight: * Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs. * Oversee scheduling, staff deployment, and resource allocation. * Ensure compliance with local security regulations and industry standards. * Business Development: * Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. * Participate in proposals, bids, and contract negotiations for prospective clients. * Reporting and Analytics: * Prepare and present regular performance and financial reports to senior management. * Use data and analytics to drive operational improvements and enhance service delivery. * Travel: * Position will require 10% to 15% travel within the province. * The company provides either a company vehicle or a vehicle allowance, with a fuel program. Qualifications: * Post secondary education in business management, security management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). * 5+ years of experience in security management or a related leadership role. * Proven track record in managing operations, budgets, and teams. * Strong understanding of Quebec security regulations. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, is required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other operational tools.
