Security Bank - Test Lead - LOS

				Overview:

7-10 years in QA or software testing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in test management, including handling multiple projects or single complex project, leading teams, and managing the full testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Test LEAD

* Strong test management skill preferrable leading domain (auto loan).
* Oversees all software testing activities of the project
* Have a deeper familiarity on complex decision rules engine(BRE) and end-to-end testing across application, origination and fulfilment.
* Knowledgeable and with vast experience on preparing Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Estimates
* Strong testing SME on loans ORIGINATION process - decision engine, 3rd party integration to compliance & risk checks. 
* With knowledge in agile and waterfall practices.
* Deep knowledge in API Integration and tools.
* Performs the test monitoring and control
* Can manage and stand triage for defect management.
* Reviews testing status and reports.
* With strong technical testing lead skills and has technical background in managing automation testing, performance testing and security testing.
* Drives the completion of test deliverables
* Willing to be assigned onsite for co-location with PWT.
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Have background in working with Intellect before can be added points.
