Responsibilities:
Seeking a Security Analyst for a position on the Enterprise Security Design Team within Administrative Services - Workplace Protection.
Enterprise Security provides technical expertise for physical security initiatives including: facility and office space physical security design and project management, physical security assessments and inspections, security equipment replacement strategies and emerging technology research/recommendations, technical support (building access, alarm systems, badging operations, security equipment/software, CCTV), security vendor management (armed security officer program, contract security officer services), electronic physical security equipment asset management and vulnerability mitigation, policy development, personnel security, workplace violence program, risk assessment & compliance and governance and oversight of the aforementioned programs.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing physical security projects for facilities across the Enterprise. The role will require collaboration with key business partners including on-site facility contracts, Enterprise Facility Services, and vendor resources. Key experience includes working knowledge of physical security equipment, project management experience, and experience with scoping contracts.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Quarterly travel for data center site assessment and inspections.
* Vendor relationship management and completing applicable risk work as required.
* Reviewing and updating owned Standards as needed.
Hybrid Work arrangement: A "Hybrid" position means selected candidates will be assigned to a facility and will spend some time working both in office and from their home. This position is hybrid with the expectation that individual selected works in-office a minimum of 5 days per month.
