Overview: Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Seasonal Lot Driver. This position pays $18.00 / hour and is located at Portland Airport (PDX) 7105 NE Airport Way, Portland OR. As a seasonal employee employment cannot exceed 180 days during the defined season of May 2025 and ending in October 2025. A 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season is required prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee. From trucks to vans to cars of all sizes, the Car Cleaner is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles in accordance with our Complete Clean Pledge to ensure that all vehicles rented from the branch are safe and clean. Responsibilities: The Lot Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions. * Drive cars from one location to another on the rental car lot premises. * Drive rental car returns to the car wash or "quick turn area" usually on the same lot, but occasionally off site, for cleaning and then transport back to the customer site for re-renting. * Operate the motor vehicle in accordance with all company and customer policies and adhere to state motor vehicle laws. * Respond to directions given by dispatch to deliver vehicles to the appropriate location. * Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally. * Follow specific customer policies for preparing vehicles for rental. * Meet productivity standards and benchmarks in assigned location. * When necessary, move vehicles that are out of service to an outside facility. * Other duties as assigned. Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications: * Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years. * No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years. * Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. * Must be at least 18 years old. * Must be available to work weekends and holidays. * Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. * Seasonal employees may work for up to 180 days during a defined season. They must experience a 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee. * Must be available to work one of these shifts: Thursday-Monday 4am-12:30pm or 4pm-12:30pm, or have open availability Friday-Sunday for 4am or 4pm shift.
