Overview: Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Seasonal Lot Driver. This position pays $16 / hour and is located at the Medford Airport (MFR), 1000 Terminal Parkway Loop 109, Medford, OR 97504. The schedules offered are: Sunday-Thursday: 8:00AM-4:00PM or Wednesday-Sunday: 10:00AM-7:00PM As a seasonal employee employment cannot exceed 180 days during the defined season ending in October 2025. A 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season is required prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee. Responsibilities: Our Full Time Drivers are responsible for the transporting and shuttling of rental vehicles around and between our National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at our Airport location. * Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location * Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers * Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management * Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management * Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s) * May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone * Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications: * Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years * No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years * Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future * Must be at least 18 years old * Seasonal employees may work for up to 180 days during a defined season. They must experience a 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee
