Our Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York Program provides therapeutic care to children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses. Located in a school-based setting in Mt. Kisco, NY, this position is responsible for maintaining standards of developmental disabilities nursing practice. The Registered Nurse will maintain current healthcare information for program participants and students, ensure that medications are administered as prescribed, and ensure that Approved Medication Administration Personnel are supervised and their certification is maintained as required by regulations and agency policy.
***This position will start out as a full time coverage position for a staff member going out on Leave. After the coverage period ends when the staff returns from Leave, this position will be part time, working 2-3 days per week, 8:15am-2:45pm.***
Salary: $40.37 - $45.49 per hour, commensurate with education and experience

Qualifications:
* Must be licensed to practice as an RN in the state of NY
* Must have a valid NY Drivers License.
Physical Requirements: Pre-employment physical required. Significant and frequent amounts of walking, sitting, stooping, bending & standing required. Frequent planned, outside activities causing exposure to sunlight and heat. Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate effectively by phone or in person at normal volumes. Vision adequate to read correspondence, computer screen, forms, etc. Good manual dexterity.
