This role will based within William Penn School District & will report to Devereux's Clinical Program Manager/Program Director.

Devereux Pennsylvania's School-based Mental Health Services provides resources, education and support to children - and their families - who are living with emotional, behavioral and cognitive differences.
In this role, you will:
* Provide on-site supervision, guidance, and support at William Penn School District during scheduled school hours, particularly during high-risk situations, to support clinicians and district staff.
* Support student care by providing direction, clinical consultation, and supervision to assigned school-based clinicians.
* Coordinate the development and implementation of clinically appropriate treatment plans within the school setting.
* Collaborate with school support teams and designated district staff serving as liaisons with external entities.
* Oversee and deliver clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy for assigned students.
* Conduct clinical assessments as needed and contributes to outcome-based initiatives.
* Coordinate and triage referrals from district staff, ensuring services align with contract deliverables.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Masters Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field of study. Active LPC or LCSW Clinical License in the state of PA required.
EXPERIENCE: Previous clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare setting and supervisory experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing. Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques - upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more. Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing, and vision. Occasional use of computers and office equipment. Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes. Ability to meet 100% mastery of Crisis Prevention/Intervention techniques.
