				Overview:

Devereux has an exciting opportunity to be a BCBA Contractor within our Educational Services Division.  

This is an Independent Contractor position in an alternative school setting located in Aston, PA

As an Independent Contractor role at Devereux:
You will work with others who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:

 Duties include:

* Providing support to students with intensive behaviors/emotional support needs.
* Conducting FBAs, developing PBSPs, supervising RBTs, training staff to implement plans.
* Collaboration with a team of BCBAs, behavioral health practitioners, and educators with a track record of providing high quality services and presenting at regional and national conferences.
* Opportunities to work with school leadership to develop and implement school-wide systems for social and emotional learning.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree from an accredited, behaviorally-focused program in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
* BCBA certification
* Candidates who have completed all fieldwork supervision hours and are scheduled to take the BCBA exam are also encouraged to apply
* Experience delivering direct behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders or behavioral challenges
* At least one year of experience consulting or working within a public school setting is preferred
* Willingness to travel as part of the role.
