				Overview:

Presbyterian is seeking a Scheduling Customer Service Rep! Schedulers are responsible for providing customer service for patients needing appointments, referrals, messaging assistance, and maintaining patient demographics. 

Type of Opportunity: Full Time FTE: 1.0/40 Hours per Week

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)

Responsibilities:

* Provide patient-centered customer service including triage, appointment scheduling, referrals, messaging, and demographic updates

* Answer and place calls using skill-based routing, meet performance standards, and resolve inquiries efficiently

* Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and partners while acting as their advocate

* Ensure quality and timeliness in responses, promoting satisfaction and loyalty

* Contribute to process improvements by documenting procedures and identifying common issues

* Conduct research and provide benefit interpretations using internal resources

* Collaborate effectively within teams and across organizational initiatives

* Record all interactions in appropriate systems to support accurate reporting

* Coordinate meetings with stakeholders for training and process support

* Oversee end-to-end patient encounter including scheduling, registration, payments, and reconciliation

Qualifications:

* High school diploma
* One to three years office/business experience, call center experience preferred.
