Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Coordinator to oversee and manage all cleaning and sanitation activities within our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas meet safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and products.

* Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation procedures in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
* Schedule and supervise cleaning crews and external sanitation contractors.
* Ensure all sanitation activities are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
* Conduct regular inspections of production areas, equipment, and facilities to identify sanitation needs and ensure cleanliness.
* Maintain detailed sanitation records, cleaning schedules, and compliance documentation.
* Train staff on proper cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
* Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Production teams to address sanitation-related issues promptly.
* Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and sanitation equipment.
* Investigate sanitation breaches or contamination issues and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, EPA, and other relevant safety and environmental regulations.

* Proven experience in sanitation, cleaning management, or related role within manufacturing or food/beverage industries.
* Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, cleaning techniques, and regulatory standards.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills.
* Ability to inspect and identify sanitation deficiencies effectively.
* Excellent communication and training abilities.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
