Responsibilities:
* All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
* Create and edit reports and dashboards based on user requirements
* Manage custom report types
* Manage support queue with adherence to established SLA's
* Assist and train users on navigating and using our Salesforce environment
* Create training documentation and maintaining a library of resources for users to reference
* Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
* Manage end-user cases, case queues and case escalations within the RPM Salesforce org
* Support new and existing projects as directed by the Salesforce Administrator and Developers
* Using Case Queue and other ticketing systems, monitor recurring requests and identify training opportunities
* Assist Tableau users with requests regarding permissions, data validation, and other tasks

Qualifications:
Physical Requirements:
* May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
* Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
* Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
* May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
* Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Work Environment:
* This is a remote role to work within Central Time zone work hours
* The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
