Responsibilities:
Core Activities
* Arrange regular business reviews with management and the Renewal Sales team (including DMs) to support workforce effectiveness and productivity across EMEA.
* Partner individually with RSSs and DMs to manage and update current opportunities, ensuring accurate and timely order bookings aligned with forecast.
* Collaborate closely with ISTs, including participation in scheduled Business Reviews, to strengthen cross-functional relationships.
* Work collaboratively with RSSs across all EMEA territories to support alignment and operational efficiency.
* Support GSR Sales and IST initiatives, including reporting, process development, program updates, best-practice sharing, and issue resolution.
* Provide coverage and backup support across the SPS team when required.
* Assist RSSs with S+R quote generation for renewals, upsell, and new business.
* Generate quotations for RSSs when requested and aligned with SPS quote request guidelines.
* Outsource quote generation to GBS whenever possible as the first step.
* Support preparation of large deals, including creating database-driven reports to help RSSs work more effectively with customers.
* Assist RSSs and AMs in gathering and preparing data for commercial offers, quote creation, and order booking.
Data Mining & Reporting
* Provide support in generating asset reports for strategic or major customers when exceptional SPS involvement is required.
* Prepare detailed 90-day funnel analyses (current and next quarter, monthly) for ESO funnel sync-ups with DMs for RSSs.

* Create new reports in Incorta and SFDC for deeper analysis of sales, quotes, and funnel performance.
* Produce ad-hoc business intelligence or activity reports when requested by DMs and approved by management.
Global Mailbox Management
* Manage the Global Renewals mailbox and redirect incoming enquiries appropriately.
Acquisition Management
* Collaborate with Global teams to develop processes and renewal documentation for product acquisitions that fall under the GSR renewals organization.
Qualifications:
Technical & Functional Skills
* Strong understanding of sales processes, renewals workflows, and opportunity management.
* Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools.
* Ability to generate quotes, interpret sales data, and support order booking processes.
* Experience with funnel analysis, forecasting, and business review preparation.
* Familiarity with GBS processes and outsourcing workflows for quote generation.
Analytical Skills
* Ability to analyze complex datasets and produce clear, actionable reports.
* Strong attention to detail in funnel management, asset reporting, and commercial data preparation.
* Capability to create new reporting structures and dashboards to support business intelligence.
Collaboration & Communication
* Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with RSSs, DMs, ISTs, AMs, and global teams.
* Ability to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple EMEA territories.
* Clear communication skills for coordinating business reviews and supporting strategic initiatives.
Organizational Skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including mailbox management, reporting, and quote support.
* Strong prioritization skills to balance routine responsibilities with ad-hoc requests.
* Flexibility to provide backup coverage across the SPS team when required.
Problem-Solving & Initiative
* Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and supporting program development.
* Ability to troubleshoot issues related to sales processes, reporting, and renewals workflows.
* Comfortable working independently while also contributing to team-wide objectives.
