As an Inside Sales Rep on this client's floor, you'll have the power to create your own sales funnel, exceed sales quotas, and pitch an amazing product that is already being used by companies universally. This is your opportunity to help define and improve how products are sold to customers. Our client is a profitable SaaS company who is excited to build a sales team that can take advantage of their massive growth potential. The ideal candidate should be intellectually curious about SaaS, have a passionate work ethic, and possess strong business integrity. 

What you'll do:

* Leverage leads generated through online trials to develop & manage relationships with large companies
* Harvest the most qualified inbound leads via emails, phone calls & demos

* Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales quotas

* Constantly improve the client's sales process & systems to benefit our customers

* Forecast sales activity & revenue achievement in cooperation with the operations team

* Record customer interactions in CRM and maintain a pipeline

* Grow business with existing customers by helping them realize the benefits of upgrading to the client's premium products

What we need:

* 1-4 years of quota carrying inside sales experience

* Curiosity about SaaS, with SaaS experience a major plus.

* Proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage time

* A gift for following up on conversations and seeing things through

* A bias towards action, getting feedback from potential and existing customers, measurement and iteration

* Experience with Salesforce.com, Google docs and Marketing Automation Systems
