Practical Information

Location: Prague, Czechia | Reports to: Manager CCoE Team Lead | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Czechia | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional Czech, written and verbal, and English (B2 level)

As our new Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the end-to-end Microsoft sales process by driving renewals, preparing quotations, and supporting account teams. In this role you will ensure smooth operational workflows, timely service delivery, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and deal margins throughout the sales cycle. 

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily customer requests, RFQs, and supplier interactions within agreed SLAs 
* Drive proactive renewals, obtain pricing from Microsoft, and prepare quotations and offers 
* Oversee the full operational process for Microsoft agreements (Enterprise, MPSA, SPLA), including renewals, additional orders, and administrative tasks 
* Support purchase administration such as backorder management, invoicing issues, and order processing in CRM (Navision a plus) 
* Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support purchasing, delivery, and customer-related operations 
* Build strong customer relationships, handle daily communication with HQ and suppliers in English, and prepare cost estimates for licensing and services 

Qualifications:

* High proficiency in Excel and willingness to work with it daily 
* Previous experience in a similar role and customer management is highly valued 
* Eagerness to learn and continuously develop licensing knowledge, with a basic understanding of Microsoft licensing processes as an advantage 
* Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage multiple customer opportunities simultaneously 
* Reliable, detail-oriented, results-driven, with effective independent decision-making skills
