Overview: The In-Home Services Corporate team is devoted to supporting thousands of talented employees in delivering the industry's best products and solutions. Constantly refining our best-in-class service, IHS Corporate manages the behind-the-scenes operations to ensure a seamless customer experience through analytics, project management and training initiatives. Responsibilities: We're seeking an analytical and proactive Business Operations Analyst to join our In-Home Services division. You'll convert raw data into meaningful insights to enhance decision-making, optimize sales performance, and drive operational efficiency. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver actionable analytics and champion process improvements. Key Responsibilities: * Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports, identifying trends and insights * Sales Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic optimizations * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to provide tailored analytical solutions * Data Management: Maintain accurate, high-quality data sets and reports * Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements and automation * Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide responsive analytics, dashboards, and specialized reports as needed * Data Visualization: Clearly communicate findings through visuals and concise presentations to senior leadership Qualifications: Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, AND/OR * 1-3 year(s) experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or related field Skills and Qualifications: * Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel * Familiarity with SQL and database concepts * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred Experience: * Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus Visa sponsorship not available for this role
