Responsibilities:

As a senior expert in business development for automotive and new energy testing and measurement solutions, you will lead strategic initiatives, drive key customer engagements, and contribute to industry standards and technical solution delivery. This role requires deep industry insight, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strategic Business Development & Customer Relationship Management:

- Identify and drive high-potential customer and strategic partnership opportunities in the automotive and new energy sectors.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop market expansion strategies and engage in executive-level customer communications and negotiations.

- Manage sales forecasting, order processes, and customer satisfaction to ensure sustainable business growth.

Technical Solutions & Project Management:

- Lead customer requirement analysis and technical solution design, coordinating internal resources for efficient delivery.

- Oversee pre-sales and delivery phases, integrating technical and commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and risk assessments.

- Act as the technical interface for customers, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Industry Standards & Technology Leadership:

- Represent the company in domestic and international industry standardization efforts, technical alliances, and collaborative projects.

- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends (e.g., intelligent connectivity, electrification, autonomous driving) and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management, driving continuous innovation in products and services.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or science disciplines such as Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Automotive Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, etc. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably with background in:

  - Automotive industry (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, testing institutions, standards organizations)

  - Sales, technical support, or product management of testing and measurement solutions

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of automotive electronics, electrification, and intelligent technologies.

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, and customer communication skills.

- Fluent in English for international technical communication and documentation.

- Strategic thinking, industry insight, and strong business acumen.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 50%). Highly self-driven and resilient under pressure.
