Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, data science, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience working within the Professional Services, Accounting, Advisory, or Consulting industries.

* 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, sales intelligence, go-to-market reporting, or business intelligence.

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, formulas, data visualization)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience using Python for data manipulation or automation.

* Experience building self-service semantic models in Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks or Fabric (supporting and extending existing models, DAX, composite models, calculation groups).

* Experience leveraging AI to develop more efficient processes and analysis.

Skills & Abilities:

* Ability to synthesize datasets into clear narratives for the immediate team.

* Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new tools and navigating a rapidly evolving tech stack.

* Ability to support cross functional teams and work effectively as a bridge between technical data teams and front-line business/sales stakeholders.
