Responsibilities:
* Administer and analyze sales incentive compensation plans.
* Calculate and validate sales commissions and bonuses for accuracy.
* Provide reporting and insights on incentive performance and payout trends.
* Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to optimize compensation models.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Support plan design changes and assist in compensation strategy reviews.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related roles.
* Prior experience in a corporate sales operations, finance, or HR compensation role is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in data analysis, validation and reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and other analytical tools.
* Familiarity with sales compensation software (e.g., Xactly, CallidusCloud, Anaplan, Varicent) is a plus.
* Understanding of sales compensation structures, including commission plans, bonuses, and SPIFFs.
* Ability to interpret and apply compensation policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in sales operations, finance, or related fields is a plus
