				Responsibilities:

The Sales Finance Manager - West is accountable for driving profitable growth across the region through disciplined pricing, trade investment optimization, and commercial financial leadership. As the primary finance partner to the Sales Division Vice President, this role directly influences revenue performance, margin expansion, and return on trade spend.

Success in this role is measured by improved pricing execution, stronger trade ROI, forecast accuracy, and sustained margin growth within a fast-paced CPG environment.

* Drive revenue and margin performance by optimizing pricing strategy, trade spend, and promotional investments.
* Partner with Sales leadership to structure profitable customer deals and eliminate margin leakage.
* Evaluate discount strategy and price positioning to ensure volume growth aligns with profitability targets.
* Lead trade investment governance through rigorous ROI analysis and post-promotion performance measurement.
* Identify performance gaps, execution risks, and financial variances; implement corrective action plans.
* Strengthen forecasting discipline and demand alignment in partnership with Sales and Supply Chain.
* Monitor pricing compliance and promotional execution to protect financial outcomes across distributor and retail channels.
* Deliver actionable reporting and insights that drive faster, data-backed decision-making.
* Build scalable tools, dashboards, and analytics to improve visibility into revenue, margin, and trade effectiveness.
* Continuously improve pricing processes and financial controls to enhance accountability and execution discipline.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
* 6+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in CPG finance, revenue management, sales finance, or brand finance
* Proven track record of driving profitable growth through pricing and trade optimization
* Deep expertise in pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, and trade spend analytics
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
* Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence commercial leaders
* Ability to operate with urgency, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a high-performance environment

Preferred

* Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
