Sales Executive - Coca-Cola Europacific Partners

Know how to turn a van full of stock into serious sales?
Love the buzz of being out on the road, building relationships and closing deals every day?

Full time, Fixed Term Contract (12 weeks)

Salary:  29,000/annum + up to 20% bonus (OTE  34,800/annum) + caddy sized van
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with some flex on days/times)
Training: 20th & 21st July at Coca-Cola HQ, Central London
Location: Newcastle, Sunderland, and surrounding areas

Smollan are looking for Sales Executives to join a new team for a high-profile summer campaign representing Coca-Cola Europacific Partners' Ready to Drink portfolio. You'll load up daily, hit the road, and sell directly into convenience and independent retailers across your territory.

Fast-moving. Commercial. Hands-on.

You'll be driving distribution, increasing visibility, building relationships and making things happen in-store from the moment you walk through the door.

What will you be doing?

* Loading your van daily from cash & carry locations
* Selling RTD products directly into convenience and independent stores
* Managing credit accounts and handling cash payments accurately
* Building strong relationships with store owners and decision makers
* Working through a fixed call file with clear daily targets

What are we looking for?

* Previous field sales or van sales experience 
* Experience selling into convenience, wholesale, or independent retail
* Comfortable handling cash and managing credit accounts
* Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
* Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
* Comfortable selling and handling alcohol products
