Regional Account Manager - Wholesale

Full Time, Permanent
Salary:  28,000 base + up to 20% Bonus ( 33,600 OTE) + Company Car
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory: London & South Coast

Smollan is expanding! We are looking for an energetic Regional Account Manager to join our new Syndicated Wholesale Team.
In this role, you aren't just "selling" you are a Brand Ambassador. You will represent a portfolio of famous household names, ensuring their products are the first thing customers see when they walk into a wholesaler. Whether you come from a retail background, have FMCG or general sales experience and a drive to succeed, we want to talk to you.

What you will be doing:

* Building Partnerships: Visiting Cash & Carry and Wholesaler depots to build strong relationships with key decision makers.
* Driving Brand Awareness: Ensuring our brands stand out! You'll secure the best shelf space and additional displays to catch the customer's eye.
* Unlocking Sales: Introducing exciting new products and promotions to depot managers and ensuring they have plenty of stock to meet demand.
* Analysing Success: Using sales data to spot opportunities where a brand could be performing better.
* Creative Problem Solving: Finding clever ways to drive sales even in depots with lower footfall.

You will be a great fit if:

* You are a People Person: You find it easy to talk to anyone and love nurturing long-term business relationships.
* You are Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) or similar apps on a tablet/laptop.
* You are a Self-Starter: You enjoy the freedom of managing your own diary and working out on the road.
* You have a Growth Mindset: You might not have FMCG experience yet, but you are eager to learn and driven by hitting targets.
* You are Mobile: You hold a full UK Driving License (held for at least 12 months).
