Zebra is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to join our talented team! In this role, you will be the technical powerhouse behind our sales force, bridging the gap between our cutting-edge products and the unique business challenges of our customers in Germany and Switzerland. This role is remote and requires candidates to be based in Southern Germany to strategically cover our client base in both the Southern German region and Switzerland. Regular travel to Switzerland is a key part of this role.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute winning technology strategies in collaboration with our Account and Channel Management teams.

* Design and architect creative solutions that directly address customer needs and give us a competitive edge.

* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key technical contacts at customer accounts, as well as our internal sales and engineering teams.

* Create and deliver compelling, high-impact solution presentations and product demonstrations that captivate both technical and business audiences.

* Act as the primary technical expert, solving customer problems and verifying solution compatibility to ensure success.

* Clearly articulate the business value of Zebra's solutions, showing customers how our technology can drive their business results and fuel profitable growth.

Qualifications:

* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) paired with 2-5 years of relevant work in a technical sales or solutions role.
* A strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master a diverse portfolio of products and solutions.
* Proven success in applying solution-selling concepts to understand customer needs and craft tailored proposals.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to explain complex technical ideas in a simple, persuasive way.
* Sharp business acumen and an understanding of market trends, with the ability to connect our solutions to a customer's bottom line.
* A proactive and independent mindset, with the judgment to manage complex projects and make sound decisions as a key member of our team.
