Zebra Technologies is seeking a driven and talented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This is a crucial role where you will be the primary technical voice for Zebra's market-leading portfolio of hardware and software solutions. You will partner with our Account Managers and Channel Partners to architect solutions that solve real-world problems for our customers.
This position is based in our Riyadh office and requires a physical presence of at least three days per week to foster collaboration and team synergy. Approximately 25% of your time will be dedicated to travelling to customer and partner sites across Eastern & Western Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the technical lead in sales opportunities, delivering expert-level knowledge across the entire Zebra hardware and software portfolio.
* Understand customer needs deeply, conduct compelling product demonstrations, and design tailored solutions that drive business value.
* Provide essential support and training to both our channel partners and direct customers, ensuring they are equipped for success.
* Manage pre-sales activities and build strong technical relationships across your assigned territories in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
* Work closely with Account Managers (AMs) and Channel Account Managers (CAMs) on-site and remotely to present a unified and powerful front to our customers.
Qualifications:
* Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic is essential
* Holds a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
* Minimum of two years' hands-on experience, preferably with Zebra's portfolio and solutions
* Solid experience in Barcode & RFID Technology.
* Highly comfortable and effective in engaging directly with end-customers and supporting channel partners.
* Currently residing in or able to self-relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
