The Adstra Sales Team drives our company's growth by identifying and selling our world-class data-driven solutions to a robust pipeline of client opportunities.   

  

We are currently seeking a strategic, proactive Sales Director with experience cultivating and selling to new logo brands. This role has an uncapped commission structure.  

Our ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the data driven digital ecosystem and have experience in solution data licenses and data solutions to Brands.  They must be able to demonstrate the ability to hunt, build, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key brand clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this opportunity include, but are not limited to:

* Develop new business accounts to drive revenue. Own prospecting and selling at the enterprise level, engaging senior executives through director/ manager level.  Successfully penetrate an organization and prospect multiple stakeholders and influencers.
* Develop business plans that maximizes opportunities with new clients inclusive of mapping a client organization, understanding budget holders/cycles, addressing opportunities and pain points for win/win for client and Adstra, master at discovery and objection handling, creates a roadmap to close/beyond.
* Consult on effective use of data and identity across digital and traditional marketing media including display, mobile, video & addressable TV media.
* Develop and maintain an active pipeline with revenue forecast. Including managing pipeline accuracy and probability to close, ability to get to yes or no strategically, keeping leads warm while prospecting to fill funnel, managing multiple stakeholders, selling the value proposition to decision makes, negotiating and navigating enterprise marketing, data, analytics, procurement IT. Strong in RFI/RFP development and able to lead a team through the process. 
* Work across functional areas to ensure client success including quarterbacking the team by providing strategic guidance on path to close, engaging key internal stakeholders right time and place including product marketing legal, managing all phases of the deal and having strong understanding of clients' business.
* Identify and communicate market and competitive intelligence to be used in product development and pricing. 

Qualifications:

In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

* 5-7 years sales and consultative experience in selling marketing solutions to Brands.  
* BA/BS degree. 
* Established network of Brand relationships and contacts across industries to leverage for business opportunities. 
* Accomplished in lead generation, prospecting and cultivation of new relationships; are passionate about the chase, find creative ways to get meetings and believe they have the solutions to solve the clients' pains. Can also move clients into new solutions with strong discovery and storytelling. These sellers are persistent. 
* Demonstrated exemplary ability to communicate verbally and in writing with Senior and C-Level Executives, this includes customizing Adstra materials for client, understanding the client's business and issues, developing strong approach to discovery, navigating the room, handling objections and painting the picture for the solve. 
* Active involvement in industry trade groups, including speaking engagements.
* Knowledge of the general industry procedures, practices, and terminology; knowledge of key verticals a plus Retail, Financial Services, T&E, Auto.
* Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals; lead and drive to outcomes, be nimble, creative. Ability to pivot and handle change. 
* Proficiency with software programs including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 
* Ability to travel a minimum of 30% of the time within the United States. 
* This position is a remote work arrangement.
