				Overview:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team. Unlike traditional entry-level sales roles, we see the SDR function as a critical, long- term role in itself. We want individuals who are passionate about sales development, have experience in the field, and bring the professional to succeed in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

* You will be the first contact for inbound leads, shaping the customer's first impression and guiding them through qualification.
* Manage inbound opportunities across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and feedback loops.
* Qualify and disqualify prospects, ensuring time and effort are focused on the right opportunities.
* Achieve KPIs, such as discovery calls booked, lead qualification, and conversion rates.
* Complete weekly activities to meet sales performance metrics, including presentations and sales.
* Manage customer relationships, engaging them in value-added activities.

* Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar role (inside sales, SDR, BDR, or equivalent).
* Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect, with fluency in English.
* Experience working with inbound leads in a target-driven environment.
* You will have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
* You will hold consultative conversations with prospects and identify their needs.
* Professional and experience working in a structured office environment.
* Strong organizational skills, resilience, Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities.
* You will have experience with sales development as a career, not just a stepping stone.
* You will need to travel to meet potential customers or visit our offices

Qualifications:

* Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects: articulate products and services.
* Excel in a fast-paced role with monthly targets.
* Experience contributing to the ongoing development of sales processes and continuous learning.
* Ownership: accountability for results and outcomes.
* Ability to manage fluctuations in inbound lead Volumes.

**This is a Hybrid or remote role that bac be based in the UK
