Overview: We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead our Inbound lead generation efforts across the APAC/EMEA region. You will identify and qualify potential customers, setting up meetings for the sales team, and helping us grow our global footprint. You will report to the Manager. Responsibilities: * Conduct prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels to create qualified leads in the US/APAC/EMEA markets. * Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria for multiple Avalara Products. * Become proficient in convincing about Avalara products to prospects. * Set up high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team. * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM. * Exceed weekly/monthly quota and Indicators related to calls, emails, and meetings booked. * Stay informed about industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive landscape. * Promote customer participation in events and webinars * Collaborate as a team member within the department and with our organization as a whole Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role in SaaS or tech. * Familiarity with US business cultures, time zones, and communication nuances * Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects in English; * Experience speaking with International prospects. * Prior inside sales experience in SaaS firm. * Experience maintaining clean records of sales outreach and contacts in a CRM. * Experience using CRM software and sales engagement tools * Work flexible hours to accommodate time zones across US. * Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities #LI-Onsite
