Overview:
This position requires an individual with a background in sales compensation who is highly organized, technically savvy and process orientated. Position will work closely with sales, sales operations, finance and others. to design, implement, and support the Global Compensation Process. The individual will also own the development and rollout of analytics for sales and support the regions to accomplish day to day activities required to pay sales compensation.
Responsibilities:
* Work in partnership with the Global Compensation Lead, Regional SIP Teams and other cross functional teams and resources to develop and roll out annual compensation plan and ensure administrative execution
* Proficiently handle technical requirements, basic system configuration, user requirements, and related procedures to either self-develop or work with the technical team to build
* Working with vendors on file generation and credit assignment
* Seek out ways to utilize Xactly/commissions to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
* Oversee the feature requests/enhancements and execute solution design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, and validation rules within the application
* Create training materials and user documentation, and maintain such documentation as business needs evolve to drive user adoption
* Support and develop global dashboard but also ad-hoc requests submitted by the management teams
* Support regional SIP Managers as needed
Qualifications:
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with at least 8+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, ideally with experience as a Business or Financial Analyst. You will also have:
* Strong communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business-related focus
* Ability to function well in a deadline driven environment
* Experience in OBIEE, Xactly and/or Salesforce.com
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and technical skills
* Strong Power Point and Excel experience
* Critical thinker with ability to function successfully as part of a team or independently
* Strong team player, proactive, flexible, mature and professional approach
* Ability to work independently without close supervision and to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
