* Process Optimisation: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline commission-related workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate quota setting, and the resulting actuals and commission payouts.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Help to develop and improve dashboards, reports, and models that track commission performance, sales metrics, and business trends to guide decision-making.
* Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyse the effectiveness of commission plans, providing feedback to leadership and making recommendations for changes or adjustments.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, HR, Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of compensation plans, including policy development and compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
* Mentors & advises: Provide support, guidance, and a strong framework for the wider EMEA SIP team, to enable excellent customer service to the sales teams and development within the SIP team.
* Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to sales teams on commission structures, processes, and tools, and act as the first point of contact for commission-related inquiries.
* Audit & Compliance: Ensure all commission processes comply with internal controls, legal requirements, and best practices, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and transparency.
