Job Summary 

As a Field Sales Representative for TA Instruments, you will play a pivotal role in advancing materials science by leveraging our cutting-edge product portfolio to solve customer challenges. 

Materials science is a critical field that directly impacts sustainability, efficiency, safety, and quality of life. In this position, you will support customers' R&D and manufacturing processes, further enhancing TA Instruments' market leadership.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities : 부산, 울산, 경상도 지역의 Thermal Analysis, Rheology, Microcalorimetry, Materials characterization Instruments 세일즈.

Achieving Sales Targets and Technical Sales Activities 

Develop and execute strategies to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). 

Conduct product demonstrations and explain analysis results to support product adoption. 

Maintain trust-based relationships with existing customers and drive new customer acquisition. 

Identify customer challenges through visits and propose optimal solutions. 

Product Proposals and Market Strategy 

Support customers' R&D and manufacturing processes using thermal analysis, rheometers, and microcalorimetry products. 

Recommend optimal analysis methods for characterizing newly developed materials. 

Collaborate with related teams (applications, service, marketing, and customer operations) both domestically and internationally. 

Develop differentiated territory strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis. 

Sales Process Management 

Manage customer information and deal progress using Salesforce. 

Improve sales process efficiency and implement continuous improvements. 

Leadership and Social Contribution 

Lead the overall growth of the assigned territory and work autonomously. 

Contribute to technological advancement and societal sustainability through customer success. 

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, particularly in chemistry or materials science (Master's or Ph.D. preferred). 

Experience with thermal analysis, rheometers, or microcalorimetry products, or related sales experience. 

Ability to manage sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce. 

Strong sales communication skills in Korean (English proficiency preferred). 

Self-management, leadership, and teamwork skills. 

Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, PSS, R3) or inside sales is a plus.
