The Safety Manager provides administrative and program support of local safety and emergency preparedness programs. Develops and implements emergency preparedness plans in conjunction with management.Promotes organizational compliance with emergency preparedness issues relevant to the organization as well as all federal and state safety and emergency preparedness.
Qualifications:
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
* Associate Degree, required
* Completion of ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, and 800, preferred
* 2 years experience in emergency management or disaster planning
* Certified Emergency Manager (Colorado or Federal), required within 6 months of hire
