Within Keysight, the Design Engineering Software (DES) division focuses on delivering high-performance Electronic Design Automation (EDA) solutions that address the most complex challenges in semiconductor and system design. DES offers industry-leading tools for RF/microwave simulation, electromagnetic analysis, chip-package-system co-design, and power-aware design-empowering engineers to achieve first-pass silicon success.

PowerArtist is a flagship product within the DES portfolio, widely recognized as the industry's most comprehensive platform for power-aware design and analysis. It enables designers to perform early-stage power estimation, debug, and optimization, helping leading semiconductor companies achieve aggressive power targets for SoCs, AI chips, mobile processors, and other low-power applications.

As China continues to be a global center for semiconductor innovation, the demand for advanced power-aware design solutions is growing rapidly. To strengthen our presence and better serve strategic customers, we are seeking a dedicated sales professional to lead the PowerArtist business across China. This role will focus on driving adoption in key accounts, building deep technical and business relationships, and capturing the significant market opportunity in the region.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline for PowerArtist software across China, targeting key accounts in semiconductor, consumer electronics, and high-tech industries.
  Build and maintain executive-level relationships with engineering, design, and procurement stakeholders to understand customer power integrity and low-power design challenges.
  Collaborate with technical pre-sales and application engineering teams to articulate the technical value and ROI of PowerArtist.
  Lead contract negotiations, forecast accurately, and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving power-aware design methodologies to effectively position Keysight's solutions.
  Represent Keysight at industry events, customer meetings, and technical workshops to drive brand awareness and demand generation.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor, or a related technical field.
  Direct sales experience in EDA, semiconductor IP, or related technical fields, with a proven track record of selling into large, complex accounts.
  Solid understanding of low-power design flows, power analysis, and SoC design methodologies; familiarity with PowerArtist or similar power-aware tools is a strong plus.
  Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
  Willingness to travel as needed within China and occasionally to regional headquarters.
