Responsibilities:

Conduct clandestine surveillance of the collections and count team for the protection of company assets utilizing video and audio capabilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Monitor collection vehicles and personnel throughout their shift, as they travel to and from establishments and home office

-Able to utilize computer based software to generate documents

-Observe and record VGT and RT collection activities for suspicious or illegal activity, such as theft, and external threats

-Observe and record count room activities such as VGT and RT drops in protection of company assets, until all are accurately and properly accounted for

-If necessary, alert authorities of external threats to team members enroute

-Communicate in real time, potential security risks to collection teams

-Review and report recorded incidents to the requestor

-Report violations of company policy, procedure or internal controls

-Take photographs for purpose of proper documentation of incidents and events

-Report illegal or unusual activities to appropriate members of management

-Be knowledgeable of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and company internal controls

-Follow all safety rules

-Adhere to departmental quality standards

-Maintain compliance with the Illinois Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

-Work within the guidelines established by Penn National Gaming and Prairie State Gaming

-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Must be age 21

- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position
