Responsibilities:

The Subject Matter Expert IV (Financial Analysis and Procurement Manager) will provide high-level subject matter expertise to the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) IPT team and the Project Management Staff.

Work Model: Onsite

Qualifications:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Provide Subject Matter Expert IV (SME) support for IPT USCG Financial.
* Oversees the Procurement and Finance team.
* Create/edit budgets and financial tracking documentation.
* Provide Program Manager with on time financial.
* Assist and Manage the Sustainment Fleet Ops and Sustainment Enterprise Ops Team Procurement Team.
* Provide support to multiple Program and Project Managers with financial standings on their contracts including but not limited to creating cost estimates. and proposals to support the CG and IPT needs, as well as ensuring all purchases are completed in a timely manner and followed through completion.
* Development and editing of business, operational, and technical documents, engineering changes, meeting and trip reports, Maintenance Procedures (MPC), training material, and after-action reports.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
