Responsibilities:

Chugach is seeking a Subject Matter Expert III (Logistician) to perform general Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) functions, provision nomenclatures and Allowance Parts Lists (APLs), compute and report metrics on United States Coast Guard, and/or create and update ILS documentation in support of the USCG Integrated Product Team (IPT). Occasional travel will be required.

Qualifications:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Shipping, receiving and distribution of OM&S, GFE and FedEx / Commercial Bill of Lading (CBL) shipments to support of the Deployed Connectivity Service (DCS) branch moving material into Alexandria and out to various locations around the Coast Guard (CG).
* Preparation of CG 4505's initiating the Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO) process for approval by the property manager, on material received from the fleet from decommissions, old office equipment that has exceeded its useability, or items that need to be deprogrammed but could not be done remotely.
* Maintaining a log of all incoming and outgoing material, micro-purchase requisitions and DRMO material in support of the Deployed Connectivity Service (DCS) branch.
* Assist in the coordination of material being shipped back from decommissioning units to C5ISC Alexandria.
* Assist the Deployed Connectivity Service (DCS) branch with getting quotes for current and upcoming project material not supported by Surface Fleet Logistics Center (SFLC).
* Process micro-purchase orders through the Coast Guard (CG) Procurement Requisition Expedited Service System (PRESS) for shop material.
* Assist Deployed Connectivity Service (DCS) branch with the shipping and receiving of material that is to be returned to the vendor under Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
* Provide monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reports to the lead Item Manager for review.

* Maintain constant communication with all product line managers, Surface Fleet Logistics Center (SFLC) managers, C5ISC service center and engineers via weekly reports through the IBM COGNUS Connection, meetings and phone conferences.
* Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Documentation:

* Develop Equipment Integrated Logistics Support Plans (EILSP) and occasionally Training Plans using MadCap Flare.
* Perform Quality Assurance (QA) of ILS documentation.
* Edit Engineering Changes (EC)/Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) and other ILS documents in support of the SELC process.
