Overview: NATIONWIDE SEARCH - ST. LOUIS, MO A warm, down-to-earth, and highly engaged family in St. Louis is seeking a full-time live-out nanny/household manager to join their home in a long-term, hybrid role. This is a wonderful opportunity for a proactive, intuitive professional who thrives in a dynamic household and truly enjoys becoming an extension of the family. The family has two darling daughters, ages 2 and 3, who are active, imaginative, and full of personality-think dress-up, singing, dancing, outdoor play, painting, and all things whimsical. Both children attend summer camp from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, allowing for dedicated time each day to support the home. The family is also expecting their third child this October, so newborn experience is essential. Both parents are very hands-on and deeply value time with their children, so they are looking for a true "right hand;" someone who can anticipate needs, think ahead, and seamlessly step in wherever support is needed. Mom works within the family business, and Dad travels frequently for work, so the ideal candidate is highly dependable, organized, and naturally takes initiative. Responsibilities will include full-charge childcare as well as household support such as grocery shopping, running errands, rotating toys and clothing, maintaining organization, and proactively managing the day-to-day flow of the home. This is a role for someone who can truly "be in Mom's brain," anticipating needs before they arise and executing them with ease and care. The family is seeking someone who is warm, loving, and engaging, with excellent manners and a joyful, playful spirit. Safety is of the utmost importance, particularly as their eldest daughter has a history of febrile seizures (with no underlying condition), so the nanny should be experienced, attentive to early signs such as lethargy, and confident in responding appropriately. The ideal candidate will be a confident driver, as a car is provided while on the job, open to domestic travel, and comfortable working in a home with an English bulldog. This is a truly special family who previously had a wonderful long-term nanny and are looking to build another meaningful, lasting relationship. Compensation is $30-$35/hour gross via payroll, commensurate with experience, along with industry-standard benefits including PTO and room for growth.
