Responsibilities:
As an SSRM (Strategic Sourcing & Resource Management) Data Analyticse Engineer, you will provide critical support and expert insights, transforming complex procurement and resource data into actionable intelligence to drive strategic decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.
Every day you will expertly collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to sourcing, contracts, and resource utilization, identify trends and cost-saving opportunities, develop comprehensive reports and dashboards, and meticulously present findings to inform strategic sourcing initiatives.
To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding analytical capabilities, strong statistical and data visualization skills, and a meticulous, inquisitive demeanor, contributing significantly to cost optimization, supplier performance improvement, and effective resource management.
* Develops analytic models to provide insight to supply chain contracting, savings opportunities and strategy development.
* Develop prototype analytics into mature production applications, with good reliability and support in changing conditions. Recommend improvements and manage the backlog and release schedule.
* Craft code that meets internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale database environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
* Apply software engineering best practices, such as version control, testing and continuous integrations, to analytics code.
* Deliver well-defined, transformed, tested, documented, and code-reviewed data sets.
* Provide clean transformed data ready for analysis.
Qualifications:
Required
* Bachelors Other (BA/BS) in related field from four year college or university or An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, upon hire
* 10 years of demonstrated analytical experience
Preferred
* Masters Other or Post Graduate Degree in a related field (e.g., MBA) and Healthcare and supply chain experience, upon hire
